OUR CLIENT EXPERIENCE

I saw Dr JJ for six incredible visits. Learned so much about my movement patterns that need adjustment and after the second visit she had a smart diagnosis. I’d been trying to find answers for four months and she had it!

Great PT gym and super smart people.

– Sherre Waggoner

I highly recommend Rise PT. I came in due to plantar fasciitis and I wanted to avoid surgery. Dr. Josh figured out my foot pain was from a lot of glute weakness and gave me some great exercises to strengthen the glutes. Dr. Josh is really good at explaining the biomechanics of what’s going on and why you should do certain exercises. I’m mostly pain free now and my hip mechanics have improved a ton. The sessions do cost more money than your traditional PT clinics that go through insurance, but the quality is far superior and now I’m able to avoid an expensive surgery

– Morgan D’Arcy

I dealt with shoulder pain for years and had nearly came to give up on it getting better but the team at Rise gave me the PT I needed to recover. Dr. Josh explained my diagnosis in a way I could understand and curated a PT program that I could stick with + drove results. Pain free finally!

– Chris Coffin

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I never thought that my knee/ankle/hip pain would go away. Eli and his team did a remarkable job getting me back to exercising pain free!

Our Process

Rehab should feel structured. Clear. Logical.

Here is how we take you from pain to performance.

Step 1: Discovery Call

We discuss your injury, your goals, and what you want back. We explain what to expect at RISE and confirm whether we are the right fit.

If we are not, we will point you to the best next option.

Step 2: Find the Root Cause

We perform a comprehensive musculoskeletal and movement assessment to identify the true driver of your pain.

Then we explain exactly what needs to change to get you back to full speed.

Step 3: Fix the Problem

We build a personalized treatment plan combining manual therapy, strength programming, and sport-specific progression.

You get stronger.
You move better.
You stop flaring up.

Step 4: Build Resiliency

Once pain is under control, we implement performance-based strategies to future-proof your body.

We address contributing weaknesses above and below the injury site so you stay durable long-term.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a doctor’s referral to start care at RISE?

No referral is required. In Colorado, you can see a physical therapist directly. This means faster access to care, quicker diagnoses, and less time waiting to start your recovery.

What services do you offer?

We provide a full spectrum of care, including:

  • One-on-one physical therapy sessions with orthopedic-certified PTs
  • Personalized training programs to improve fitness and performance
  • Injury diagnosis with the ability to order X-rays or MRIs if needed
  • Rehabilitation for complex conditions and post-surgical recovery
  • Sport performance testing and training to help you reach peak readiness

How long are the sessions, and who will I work with?

Each session is a full 60 minutes and always one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We don’t use aides or assistants, so you receive our undivided attention every time.

What makes RISE different from other clinics or gyms?

We combine rehab, training, and performance into one seamless approach. Our PTs are orthopedic specialists who focus on identifying the root cause of issues, not just the symptoms. You’ll get tailored treatment and training in a supportive, community-focused environment.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Book a free consultation call, and we’ll talk through your goals, explain our process, and map out your next steps. There’s no obligation, and you’ll walk away with a clear plan to move forward.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please be prepared to expose the skin around the area that you would like examined and treated. This allows optimal physical therapy evaluation, re-assessment, and treatment.

Also, please wear non-restrictive athletic clothing and footwear. This will allow you to perform all applicable activities or movements necessary for movement observation and exercise training.

Where should I park?

You may park in any open space in the lot outside our front door. If the lot is full there is plenty of parking directly in front of clinic on the East side of S. Platte River Dr.

What should I expect when I arrive?

Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting area. We offer complimentary coffee and beverages. Your physical therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time and walk you back to your private treatment room.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are out of network with all insurance companies. This allows all of our sessions to be one hour with a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist. We do not have techs or assistants. Additionally, by paying out of pocket you have upfront clarity on costs and expectations of prognosis. We have found that personalized attention and tailored treatment allows fewer sessions overall, making it a financially prudent choice in the long run.

Most insurance companies will reimburse you 50-70% of the out of network cost once you have crossed your yearly deductible threshold.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out of network physical therapy benefits.

Following each physical therapy session we will provide you a superbill. The superbill is a medical code receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement or for consideration towards your yearly deductible.

Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?

Yes! We can either enter your card at the time of service or send you an invoice for you to enter your HSA/FSA account information.
