You Can’t Run Away From Bad Mechanics
Running may be simple, but it’s not easy. Even minor mobility or strength issues can cause irritation to build with every mile. If your hips, core, or ankles aren’t doing their job, your knees, feet, or back pay the price.
Shin splints, IT band syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and runner’s knee don’t appear out of nowhere. They’re usually signs of poor loading or movement patterns that can be corrected with the right plan.
At RISE, we don’t just tell you to rest. We use video analysis, strength testing, and performance rehab to get you running better, not just symptom-free.

Questions Runners Ask Us
Do I have to stop running while I recover?
Not usually. We help you reduce load intelligently, whether it’s adjusting mileage, terrain, or cadence, so you can continue running while healing.
What types of running injuries do you treat?
We work with plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, Achilles tendinopathy, shin splints, IT band syndrome, hip impingement, stress reactions, low back pain, and more. If it hurts when you run, we’ve seen it.
Do I need custom orthotics or new shoes?
Not necessarily. While shoes matter, we focus first on how you move. Often, better strength, mobility, and control will fix the issue without the need for expensive gear.
Will my pain come back after treatment?
Not if you address the root cause. Our goal is to give you tools and training to prevent future breakdowns, not just patch the problem.
Can I train for a race while rehabbing?
Yes. We’ll help you stay on track while managing pain and adapting training. You don’t need to give up your race goals. You just need a plan.
Run With Confidence Again
Running injuries don’t have to define your training, or your season.
At RISE, we help Denver’s running community stay healthy, strong, and injury-free with rehab that works with your goals, not against them.
